kudos to them in the end

I have been seeing a lot of reports on Firefox these few weeks on Google News. This is of course pulled from various websites reporting of the same opinion. Even though I do not enjoy using Firefox as much as I do with Opera and Maxthon, I have to say kudos to Firefox for having gained so many true blue fans of the browser.

Reports have it that AOL's Netscape is building up on a new browser based on the Firefox engine. I think it is going to be called Firefox Plus with extra added in bells and whistles.

the browser that they waited for

November 9, 2004. Oh my goodness it's here! Hahaha! NOT. No I am not elated at all, but I wonder how the Firefox fans are reacting to getting the 1.0 release of the browser. I bet they are all jumping up and down in sheer ecstacy. I am going to give 1.0 a spin anyway just to see how it fares.

money money money

Some interesting notes on what Afarat's wealth amounts to and what he did with it.

Yasser Arafat diverted nearly $1 billion in public funds to insure his political survival, but a lot more is unaccounted for. .. Although the money for [his] portfolio came from public funds like Palestinian taxes, virtually none of it was used for the Palestinian people; it was all controlled by Arafat.

Touchy!

attacks thwarted

More suicide bombers and attacks by 'Palestinians' targetting Jews in Israel thwarted by the IDF. Good thing the IDF and Shin Bet(Sheirut Bitachon) are effective and efficient at what they do.

she wept

Here is that BBC reporter who wept for Arafat when he was being taken to Paris. I heard her mouth those horrible words with my own ears over the Israel National Radio one day before this was put out on Arutz7 news online. I'm glad that Arut7 put this out though! Really brings to attention the stance BBC has been taking all this while, and as my previous post says, the BBC sucks. Surely the BBC has hit rock bottom.

An editorial in the Telegraph stated, "Ms. Plett's flood of feeling is just the most overt and recent manifestation of a pro-Palestinian bias endemic within the BBC.

awaiting with baited breath

Last night a friend and I had a short chat about Arafat's condition. I told her to watch out for this - that when Arafat dies, the Palestinians and Arab world would blame Israel for his death. I of course left out my thoughts on the havoc the Palestians would cause pending his burial.

Prime Minister Ariel Sharon has flatly stated Israel would not allow Arafat to be buried in Jerusalem.

It would be crazy and an insult to the Jews, for Arafat to be buried in Yerushalayim. You got to be kidding me!

By the way, the BBC sucks. They support the Palestinian illusion and are rather anti Israel.

people without a conscience

While Arafat is in a French hospital, his tag team members furthur on the attacks...

Avi Dichter, head of the General Security Services (Shin Bet), cited statistics that Israel this year has prevented 74 per cent of attempted attacks compared to 62 per cent in 2003. He added, “Every loss of life is a heavy price.”

The below is a very gross understatement from the mother of the suicide bomber. Maybe they should have sent her instead of her son.

The suicide bomber’s mother said Arab terrorist leaders “should have sent an adult who understands the meaning of his deeds” because “it’s immoral to send someone so young.”

father of 6 month old baby in hospital

Yesterday I was led to pray for a young man to live on. Another victim of Palestinian terrorist attacks on Israel. He is in serious condition in the hospital as Arutz7 reports. I don't find myself praying for people I read about in the news, but was led to by the Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) to do so for this man, that God will be glorified in his life.

prank calls

You'd think that people have nothing else better to do than to make a prank call at 8:30 AM on a Monday morning. Well that's just what happened to me. My mobile phone emitted that familiar Tschaikovsky Nutcracker melody, I inserted the earpiece in my ear and clicked the green button, greeting the caller with an upbeat "Hello?" only to have the caller click me off two seconds later. Well I usually don't answer unknown numbers, but one of my buddies does not have her mobile number shown on calls, so I thought it was her and wondered why she was ringing me so early in the morning. So, what kind of nut makes prank calls at 8:30 AM? I wonder! Well, the worst I had was three years ago, prank calls at 6 AM.

justice demanded

Frogger Jacques Chirac and his government have been courting Arafat for a long time. This time though, French victims of terror are demanding justice, straining things a little for the French government(which in the first place ought not to help terrorists).

French survivors of victims of Arab terror are demanding that French authorities investigate Yasser Arafat for “murders in connection with a terrorist enterprise."
